Fairtrade Action Network challenged Fairtrade enthousiasts worldwide to join the photo contest ”Fairtrade and My City”. The winners are now announced! The quest for the perfect picture was on during March 2008. The aim was to find out how the world looks like through the lense of a Fairtrade supporter and give face to how Fairtrade looks like in different parts of the world. The contest attracted participants from four different countries: UK, France, Bangladesh and Finland.The photo contest is now closed and the jury has made its decision. The jury and Pro Fair Trade Finland would like to thank the participants for their fantastic pictures and participation. The winners were chosen by an international jury, composed of a US-based photographer, designer Juliette Shimkin, a Finnish photographer Timo Wright and an active Fairtrade volunteer Janica Anderzén.
